Resiliency in the Valley - ACES Aware Initiative in Hemet/SJ Valley

Zoom

Frequency of Meeting: 4th Monday of every month at 3:30pm via zoom. Please email our Community Manager, April Jones, LMFT #89081 at ajones1@hemetusd.org for zoom link.

Join us for our monthly meeting where we meet with community members of the  Board of Supervisors, Hemet and San Jacinto City Council, Riverside County District Attorney’s Office, The Hemet and San Jacinto School District, San Jacinto and Hemet Chamber of Commerce, Riverside County Probation, Hemet Police Department, Riverside County Sheriff, TIPS, Riverside County Office of Education, Southern Riverside County Association of Realtors,  and various local mental health agencies and non-profit organizations in our community.

We are actively seeking representation from your organization and would like the opportunity to share more about how your organization can partner with the Coalition to build a resilient community.

Our mission for the coalition is to create a resilient community through training and education on the science and impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). We want to build empathy and a sense of connection for people with the most significant needs and highest risk. Through our coalition we provide a series of free training for organizations, influencers and business leaders on ACES and assist in building trauma informed and trauma strategic organizations. Our training is offered by Riverside University Health Systems, Public Health and Behavioral Health departments. We are always looking to expand our partner agencies to assist in bringing this awareness to their organization.
