Jack Shonkoff, MD, Director of the Center for the Developing Child at Harvard University, will testify on Thursday before the Oversight Subcommittee of the House Energy and Commerce Committee on the Administration's family separation policy.  He will present on a panel with representatives of the American Civil Liberties Union, the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Psychological Association among others.  The first panel will include officials from the U.S. Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
