Prevention: Teaching people how to create healthy families

PREVENTION: a key solution to reducing ACEs.

Bringing Baby Home Training of Trainers, Sacramento, April 25-26, 2019

Building healthy families is key to reducing ACEs. Even the strongest relationships are strained during the transition to parenthood. Lack of sleep, never-ending housework and new fiscal concerns can lead to profound stress and a decline in marital satisfaction — all of which affect baby’s care. Not surprisingly, 67% of new parents experience conflict, disappointment and hurt feelings.

Research-based Bringing Baby Home workshops prepare couples for life with baby and helps them be the best parenting team possible. Parents who attend this program learn to strengthen their relationship and foster baby’s development during this challenging time.

Join this two-day training and become a Gottman Bringing Baby Home Educator.  You will be able to present and facilitate couples’ small groups and classes.  Teach pregnant and parenting couples the skills needed to encourage healthy supportive family relationships while decreasing postpartum depression, relationship conflict and hostility.

Primarily:  you will be reducing ACEs.

We invite you to attend our Bringing Baby Home Educator Training on April 25-26, 2019 in Sacramento.   CEU’s are available.     For further information contact Carolyn Curtis at carolynrichcurtis@gmail.com or register at http://www.communicatingcouple...nging-baby-home.html
