Having a fresh start to a new year is something many of us aspire to and we begin by thinking about changes we'd like to make in our lives. Whether its directing more focus back to your work or hobbies, being more intentional about adding exercise into your day or adapting to a new hybrid model of work, the beginning of a new year offers opportunities to reset and reenergize. Organizational skills are crucial to meeting our goals and aspirations. Within this workshop, we will discuss effective organizational strategies that can assist with better time management and prioritization. Participants will leave this workshop with an action plan for making change as 2022 begins.

Presenters: Ashleigh Ryans, MSW and Donald Jackson

Supported in part by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health

This Resiliency Series is specially offered for community members and organizations who through their work are involved with those affected by the Substance Use Crisis in Philadelphia. The stress of caring for others can affect our bodies and minds. This free virtual series is here to support our workplaces and community and is open to anyone.
