Hi members.  I have already sent this link to many of you, however, I wanted to also place it here so we can see, step by step, the baby steps that some communities have already taken to become trauma-informed and build community resilience.  These communities are still in their infancy with this work as this is a long term effort but it will give you ideas of what other communities have accomplished.
