Each year the Foster Family Alliance of North Carolina (FFA NC) hosts a conference for foster parents which focuses on current needs. This year, FFA NC has recognized that information for and about teens who have been placed in the foster care system is in high demand. FFA NC, in partnership with the NC Department of Health and Human Services and community stakeholders, has titled this year's Summit "Teaming with Teens."
Our "Teaming with Teens" conference will explore a variety of topics and resources to assist caregivers and staff who are currently working with, or thinking about working with, teens.
In addition, our event will provide a platform for teens to come together and learn about various topics and resources that can assist them as they manage teenage life and transition into legal adulthood and all that entails.
