You have likely already heard about the Midwest ACE Summit from previous posts in this group. What you haven't heard is an exciting update about the event -- Laura Porter of the Foundation for Healthy Generations in Washington will be facilitating the final plenary session at the Summit! If you can't attend the full ACE Summit, a free presentation and community conversation featuring Dr. Roy Wade, Jr. of Philadelphia's ACE Task Force is taking place following the Summit. Dr. Wade will talk about the work happening in Philadelphia to address ACEs and talk with the audience about the implications of Philadelphia's work for Twin Cities efforts to address trauma and racial disparities.
