We raise community awareness about the role of trauma in health - mental, physical and behavioral - and to create an innovative paradigm shift in the medical system. This will be carried out through the creation of warm, accessible and inviting parenting sites that create relationships to help families prevent and intervene early in the trauma affecting their children.

It has been my fall back option that when the past haunts a bit I seek words from others and if I can't get words from others I write words for self .. I have been journaling since March and find my entries, not done daily, represent a growth or being stuck and as time passes progress of understanding comes forth.. A word here and a word there and a memory is retrieved and I write about it. It would be helpful to all of the victims of sexual abuse to write via a journal but so nice to have...
