Resource: Coping with Stress During the COVID-19 Pandemic One-Pager (English & Spanish!)

The California Department of Public Health, Injury and Prevention Branch (CDPH/IVPB) and the California Department of Social Service, Office of Child Abuse Prevention’s (CDSS/OCAP), Essentials for Childhood (EfC) Initiative, ACEs Connection, and the Yolo County Children’s Alliance co-created “Coping with Stress During the COVID-19 Pandemic” in both English and Spanish. This material is intended for Californian families experiencing the severe economic consequences resulting from novel coronavirus, COVID-19, and shares resources and offers supportive information on ways Californians can take care of themselves and their families during the pandemic.

Me estoy comunicando por parte del Departamento de Salud Publica de California, Subdivisión de Prevención de Lesiones y Violencia (CDPH/IVP), Departamento de Servicios Sociales, La Oficina de Prevención del Abuso Infantil (OCAP), Essentials for Childhood Initiative (EfC), ACEs Connection, Yolo County Children’s Alliance para compartir un nuevo recurso desarrollado por esta colaboración, “Superando el Estrés Durante la Pandemia COVID-19”. Este material es dirigido a familias de California sufriendo las graves consecuencias econimicas del nuevo coronavirus, COVID-19. Compartimos recursos y ofrecemos información sobre maneras en que residentes de California puedan cuidar a sus familias y ellos mismos durante la pandemia.
