UPCOMING TRAINING ACTIVITIES

Trauma Informed Care 101 (two times available)

January 20th – 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

January 30th – 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Led by Nick Dalton of Hanna Institute, this introduction to trauma-informed continuums of care, particular attention is focused on helping better understand how trauma can affect the way we think, act, and feel. The webinar will interweave culturally relevant, healing-centered, and resiliency focused approaches to address the needs of trauma-exposed populations and their interactions with service providers.

Participants will learn strategies to change the way we react to, validate, and even care for the psychological wounds that we experience by creating an equitable environment that is careful, kind, self-reflective, and compassionate.
