Discussion re AC community - public vs private

Brian - Public is a good idea - but need to know what would be disseminated on the platform?
AC could share trainings and learning opportunities etc

Barb - Question re how does this differ from our other sites?
    Gail -
Rafael will be managing these similar but different sites - it will become more clear as we go - we will be careful to

keep items only related to the coop of communities on this site

Dana - Craig and I co-facilitate / graphic of social ecological model - with logos representing where on the model partners fit - looking through a collective impact lens - maximize the co-op - promote systems change on a foundation of ACEs science. Can each Co-op have a folder on the site? So others can see what we are doing and so we can find what others are doing - this would strengthen our collective impact effort. Social justice and authentic voice of who is served. Grass roots / service providers /agencies and organizations. If we could coalesse collective energy - intentionality of authentic collective impact by those who serve “a healing tsunami”?

Brian - so many intersections - what is the unique niche within this project/co-op? Have we had conversations around outcomes around this specific work? This could help us identify where we want to go.

Ingrid - We have 4 buckets - to frame the input on 1) site race & equity - 2) trauma-informed practices in organizations, 3) community engagement, and (4) multi sector collaboration

Jane - Marianne data - see Richmond tracker - data is up / All other co-op affiliates are in process - completing survey / This data is design to support what Dana and Ingrid are saying

Marianne - community trackers - what gets measured gets done - monitoring your own progress - record your output record outcomes - see where you are doing well and areas for improvement. If other needs come up please reach out to Marianne for follow up.

Ingrid - training and learning collaboratives - she will share screen - space for deep dive into the 3 integral factors - quarterly professional development - share current research - share in small groups - think tank - brain storming - solve issues across regions. Smaller more trending - pop up think tanks (open to public for a fee) - see snippets copied in below. How are we looking at trauma informed care - beyond how we see it now. Systems level - social ecological model
