Hello friends I need help and want to be more interactive in this goup. i have purchased the book. Childhood disrupted by Donna Nakazawa. i am a ADULT TRAUMA VICTIM and feel like a WOUNDED CHILD. Hi Rick, Thank you for sharing your story. I'm so sorry to hear about the pain you endured as a child and continue to be challenged with as an adult. In addition to the book that you picked up, I would suggest checking out "The Body Keeps The Score," by Bessel VanDerKolk. I found this book to have great insight and helped me to make connections about why I do the things that I do sometimes (I also have a trauma history). Sincerely, Erin
