Needed: Small Practices (not more than 6-7 providers) to share how ACES screening is going

Primary Care Development Corporation is looking to interview a few small practices about how their ACEs screening and implementation of trauma-informed care is going. The practice should have no more than 6-7 providers (MDs, NPs, PAs) and CAN be part of a larger system. Interviews will take about 1-1.5 hours and your organization will be compensated with a small stipend for your time. The practice can be in any stage of screening and implementation.
