Review Work Group Definition (10 minutes)

Identify potential training modules (or concepts) and develop schedule and strategy for 16/17 TI trainings (30 minutes)

Some ideas for potential speakers/trainers are Stephanie Covington and Linda Chamberlin. Are there other ideas? What local talent do we have that we could also leverage (Matt Reddam, CSUC expertise, other, are there resources within your organizations that we can access?) What would that type of event look like? What would the follow-up be? Who would the target audience be? Please do some research develop your suggestions and come prepared to discuss pros and cons.

Assign roles and responsibilities for trainings (15 minutes)

We can hopefully access some BCBH funding for some of the trainings, and we’ll need a team of volunteers from this group to rally the community and help plan/implement the training.

Discuss member goals to integrate some trauma informed practices into their workplace/sphere, and what members are currently doing to reinforce trauma informed practice. (20-30 minutes)

Are there organizations represented that are past the “training” phase and are ready to look at an organizational assessment of TI?

Schedule future meetings through 2016
