Victim to Victory: Memoir

Heather Ferri ·
I wrote Victim to Victory, healing generational abuse from my bloodline, during a seven-year journey of being very sick. I am not a writer. I am a healer. In those years of losing my ability to walk and having my family abandon me I turned inward, asking why and how do I get out of this straight jacket. I did everything imaginable, but the pain was chronic and my will was losing strength. In my darkest hours, I would hear a voice during my meditations. I had nothing to lose, so I followed...

Both if not recognized and treated produce negative health care outcomes. Both are very prevalent and asking about each should be standard for...

I use TRE® to release the trauma of my past. I have found it the best tool I have ever used, far better than talk therapy (for neurologiacal reasons at least), visualizations, tapping, meditation, art, breathing, yoga, yawning, EMDR, and so on. One, I have this tool. I don't need an appointment to get release. Two, I get release, not relief. The other tools give relief. Three, I don't need talk or think about the past events to practice TRE. Four, it's natural. No devices no meds, it's...

The film "Quest–The truth always rises" is not available online yet. Santiago is working really hard to get it into theaters and schools and prisons. If anyone wants to connect with him, I can help make that happen. If you google Quest, another movie shows up, so he said to always put in "Quest–The truth always rises." I would love to help him get it seen by folks who are working with ACEs and trauma informed care. Thank you for asking. Rona

Rona, Is this film created from a book? Once the film has a platform of 10,000 people... it can most likely go anywhere and become anything... just like books. If not already in the works, I would encourage the producer to have a launch party, inviting 1000+ trauma informed coaches, therapists and educators to opt in for reduced price viewing. Education is the often the first step toward significant change, so I would also encourage creating an online educational course or masterclass...
