New Online Training: Logic Models and Theories of Change [ncfy.acf.hhs.gov]

When you work with young people and families in crisis, it’s easy to focus on their immediate needs instead of how you're contributing to your program's larger goals. Daily to-do lists, phone calls and paperwork can shift your thoughts even further from the broader mission and what it means to serve youth and families effectively.

In light of these challenges, we're pleased to launch an online course introducing logic models and theories of change—two frameworks that connect the dots between what programs set out to do and how they can achieve their desired outcomes.
