A big welcome to the page. You need not worry about anyone to be patient with you - you are perfect just where you are - although the situation could not be more serious : we ARE in the middle of a crisis and emergency, the house IS on fire and our boat is very shaky. Just trust that your heart and enthusiasm will get us through. There may be people here or there who can advise you on how they " implemented this approach to community development " - but I say : follow your instinct, look for resources, ask questions, and we'll help you best we can. It's not rocket science, and if you can model and display your ACEs qualities, that'll be half the battle and the rest won't be so hard. You're in Dublin so that's a bonus as I'm here too.
