Conversations on Justice

Virtual

Hosted by the Peace and Justice Institute at Valencia College

About this event

January 24th-27th 2022 | Virtual Events

Each January the Peace and Justice Institute hosts Conversation on Justice, this year happening January 24-27, 2022. The conference covers today's hot-button issues ranging from racial inequality, domestic violence, immigration, gender stereotypes, LGBTQ+ topics, and the environment. Each event, through the power of transformative stories, facilitated dialogue, film, and more, delves into critical conversations whose ultimate goal is to promote a culture of peace and mend the fabric of our humanity.

This year Conversation on Justice features a keynote event with Rachel Louise Snyder, an American Journalist and author of No Visible Bruises: What We Don’t Know About Domestic Violence Can Kill Us, which explores the roots of private violence, its far-reaching consequences, and the efforts to address the problem.
