In this time of information overload and rapid change, energy preservation skills are essential! This small group workshop series will teach you how to prepare for, recover from stress, overwhelm and burnout with tools from HeartMath's Resilience Advantage™ Program.

Based on more than 20 years of HeartMath’s published, peer-reviewed research on the science of resilience, The Resilience Advantage program provides a powerful skill set and engaging technology to prepare you to thrive in a world of flux, challenge and opportunity. This best-in-class program is used by the US Navy, hospital systems and Fortune 500 companies worldwide.

This course meets 4 Tuesdays 4:30PM - 5:30PM EST. (Tuesday, August 9, 16, 23, 30)

The course also includes an on-line pre-workshop stress assessment and an optional individual 30-minute consultation for personal report review. Access to the assessment and the Zoom link will be emailed prior to the event to the email address associated with your Eventbrite account.
