If you would like some simple skills demonstrated to help you manage stress, improve your relationships, enhance your communication and create joy, join Coach Meri in a We Are Resilient Personal and Professional Resilience Circle! This circle meets weekly for six weeks and helps you practice using the We Are Resilient approach with yourself and those around you. We will explore how to strengthen your personal and professional resilience through virtual small group discussions and exercises. You will develop a more resilient mindset and learn to identify that patterns that might be blocking your ability to thrive.  Click here to register
