In this workshop series, you will reconnect with your resilience. Overcome symptoms of burnout and compassion fatigue. Creatively explore your own stories through multimodal art activities including abstract drawing, writing, and collage. There are no mistakes in art! You will be invited to bring curiosity and creativity. Topics include developing your identity as a helper, recognizing and overcoming challenges, and cultivating joy.

Workshop 1 – Mandala of Me – In this workshop, you will reconnect with your best self through a guided creative activity using simple materials you can find in any office. You will get in touch with your purpose and explore how reconnecting with yourself can help you create a healing space for others. You’ll have the opportunity to connect and create- a foundation for wellness.
Workshop 2 – Cultivating Our Joy – In this workshop, you will explore and rekindle what brings you joy through a guided creative activity using simple materials you can find in any office. You will connect with the bright and shiny parts of yourself that can become hidden when we are constantly problem solving. This practice will support your own resilience and will help you create a more supported space for those you work with, regardless of your role.
Workshop 3 – Jumping Fences – In this workshop, you will identify barriers to inner resilience and joy through a guided creative activity using simple materials you can find in any office. You will explore what may have gotten in the way of leaning into joy and being your authentic self. We will collectively get curious about strategies that can be used to overcome this commonly experienced struggle.
