These are challenging times, and many of us are hiding our true selves behind masks.

This group is designed to help us practice being honest, authentic, and vulnerable - with ourselves and others. You deserve to be seen, heard, and witnessed. Connection is medicine. You are not alone. This healing council is open to all and aims at creating a safe and confidential space for open and meaningful conversations and self-reflections.
