CTIPP Community Advocacy Network (CAN) call

The Campaign for Trauma-Informed Policy and Practice (CTIPP) hosts Community Advocacy Network (CAN) calls on the third Wednesday of every month from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. ET, and they are free and open to everyone. The Zoom/call-in information remains the same each month, and you can re-register to access them.

MEETING GOALS:
  • Educate about how resilience and trauma science are being leveraged at federal, state, tribal, and local levels

  • Discuss what science has taught us about the causes and effects of trauma and toxic stress across the lifespan

  • Propose and advocate for trauma-informed policies and programs

  • Build support for the national trauma-informed movement

  • Collect information and stories from individuals, communities, states, agencies, and organizations participating in relevant work

  • Provide free professional development opportunities relevant to the resilience- and trauma-informed movement
