Topic: The impact of childhood trauma on adults who are currently struggling through the pandemic

During the pandemic, we are experiencing stress, trauma, or grief.
As we attempt to manage our COVID-19 related losses, our childhood trauma can bubble to the surface. During
this program, we will focus on characteristics that impacted our loss experienced as a child, and
how to make meaning of that experience as an adult. If you are struggling with loss and want to
learn ways to build your resilience at work or in your personal life, this program is for you.
