Examining Relationship Patterns to Calm the Central Nervous System

Like many of us here, I am a product of ACEs. I have made a career of permanently calming my Central Nervous System (CNS) and teaching others how to do the same. I didn’t choose this, it chose me, although they say, at some level, we do choose the story into which we are born. I do have a weird sense of some truth in the choosing. I can now see how it all fits together, even the most traumatic of my experiences.

In my efforts to relax my CNS, I have become a different person twice in my life. Each time, there has been a change in perception, first in how I perceive myself, and second in how I perceive  my closest relationships. The energy in my body has been refined each time as well, but more on that later. The points at which this has happened are called ‘deep leverage points’ or ‘pivotal shifts’ in the lifespan when significant change in emotional frequency can occur.  If you'd like to hear more about this in a live discussion go here: Instagram Live: Calming the ACEs CNS!

Then, come back here and let me know your thoughts! I would love to chat about this with you!!

Be well, Myra
