Coronavirus Sanity Guide (FREE) (

My friend Lynn keeps sharing this guide on social media. While most of us are sharing news, and maybe panic, she is inviting her loved ones to find a bit of calm and comfort online. She said she likes the content and the app so I checked it out and there are free resources such as guided meditations, pre-recorded talks, and a daily live podcast at 3 p.m. EST. For the healthcare workers who are really stretched and stressed, there's free access to the 10% happier app.

Here's an excerpt from the website where you can watch, listen, or find links and information.

Freaking out? You're not alone - and you're not malfunctioning. We're in a moment of uncertainty and anxiety. Hence our new experiment: Ten Percent Happier Live.

Every day, we'll offer a live sanity break, featuring our host, Dan Harris, and some of the world's best meditation teachers, streaming from their homes to yours. We'll start with a five minute meditation, and then take questions from the audience.

How you can join us: We’ll be streaming live at at 3pm Eastern Time every weekday. Can't make it then? We'll post the episode so you can watch it later. You can also access past episodes in the Ten Percent Happier app for free.

We want to deeply thank and recognize healthcare workers all over the world who are responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are a healthcare worker and are not currently subscribed to Ten Percent Happier, we would like to support you by offering free access to the app - please email for instructions.

You don't have to get the app (though that same friend says it is great) to access the podcast, talks, and guided meditations. You can get those all for free and see if it resonates with you. Go to the Coronavirus Safety Guide, go to this page on the Ten Percent Happier website. It's amazing to see how many individuals and organizations are offering free services and support online right now.
